Cipher Games and Comics started in 1996 on the Web as a mail order service. After a great year, it was time to expand into a retail storefront. We are located the Aurora/ Naperville IL, in the Fox Valley Mall area. We have now been open for over 7 years and are going strong. With over 200 orders processed a month, customer service is our first priority, selection is our second priority. If you don’t see something on our website, it doesn’t mean we don’t have it. We are a full service game and comic store with well over $200,000 in inventory. We may have that out of print rulebook you have been looking for, on our shelves. Ordering: All International orders must be over $100.00 US. This is because of the extra steps involved with customs and exact shipping charges.
Payment must be made in U.S. funds only. All orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Fed EX, UPS are available at a greater cost.
During the Holiday Season we can ship airmail if you wish and we will bill you at actual postage cost. If you wish this service indicate this in the comments section of the order.
